However in case it is unavoidable for you to change these detail...s , you will have to provide the scanned copy of the atest mobile bill ( same mobile that s registered in the ID ). Kindly note that in case you have a pre paid mobile connection and cannot give the bill, then please convert the same into a post paid connection and send us the bill for the same Please submit a soft-copy of your documents on supportb1@speakasiaonline.com. SPEAKASIAONLINE will verify and make the changes you require Kindly note that in absence of the mobile bill copy , SPEAKASIAONLINE will not be able to change any profile details This is a mandatory requirement for any change in profile . As per company policy, we cannot change your email id or number unless you send a soft copy of your mobile bill Requesting to do the needful to make the changes....
