Dear Speak Asian,

All cash requests raised up to 12th May 2011 must have been credited in your bank accounts by now. Further Cash requests up to 21st May have been processed by our bank and you should get credit in your bank on or before early part of June.
We understand your concern about the delay in payment, but at the same time you also need to understand that it normally takes 14 working days or more to process your cash requests due to various reasons & the norms laid down by the banks. Though it is the utmost priority of the company to process your requests or revert on the issues raised by the panelists but sometimes it does take a little more than the expected, hence, it is requested to kindly have some more patience and be assured that all the authenticated cash requests will be remitted. The inconvenience is regretted.
